I do my best to get your handmade crochet items to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find all the important details about processing times, shipping methods, and more.
Processing Time
All ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Custom orders may take longer depending on their complexity. Please refer to the individual listing or contact me for estimated turnaround times.
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking is included with most orders. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
International: 2–4 weeks (may vary depending on destination and customs)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond my control, such as weather delays or customs processing.
Shipping Locations
I currently ship to the U.S. and select international countries. If you don't see your location at checkout, feel free to email me at kayleecrochet@gmail.com, and I'll do my best to accommodate.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves my hands, I rely on the carrier to get it to you safely. I'm not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but I'm always happy to assist you in filing a claim or tracking it down.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I'm not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
